The original offered a unique set of video features in a very sleek and affordable package and Blackmagic expanded on this with the new version. The Blackmagic Pocket 4K is the much-anticipated update to the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera. Other updates included in this firmware: support for the Pocket battery Grip, built-in horizon level function, USB PTP control, customizable frame guides, 8x pinch-to-zoom function, embedding custom LUTs as metadata in Blackmagic Raw. Slow-motion rates up to 120 FPS are available in 2.6K raw for Super16 lenses and in cropped Full HD. A 2x de-squeeze preview is now available for 4:3 recording as well as 1.33x de-squeeze.
Our Blackmagic Pocket 4K cameras have been updated to Firmware 6.6 which includes 80 FPS in a 2.8K raw for 4:3 anamorphic and up to 75 FPS in a 4K raw in 2.4:1 widescreen.
